2. Interested parties shall
Register by submitting an "Expression of Interest" in the form of an
original letter on its company letterhead. The letter shallbe signed by an
authorized officer of the company complete with details of the contact person
for respective tender; the Prequalification Document shall be collected upon
submitting the letter.
3. Submit the completed
Prequalification Document and associated deliverables no later than 19"
November2013 at 10:00 (closing time) by reference to the respective tender.
Failure to follow the
above process will result in the respective party being disqualified. Further
details and the specific requirements for the prequalification phase, including

Scope of Services:
The scope of Services is
to provide COMPANY with Hydrographic and Geophysical support services from
CONTRACTOR with specific expertise in offshore deep water subsea pipeline
survey. In particular, COMPANY requires support services to assist in the
timely delivery of the survey activities as follows: manage survey preparations
including government approvals, HSE and operations prior to mobilization.

operations of the offshore geophysical survey commencing Ql, 2014, monitor data
quality control throughout the survey period, provide ongoing technical
assistance to the optimization of the Survey Execution Strategy with the
support of Pipeline and facilities Engineers, provide specialized technical
support to the FFD GIS implementation process, undertake technical inspection
of survey equipment, mentor National Staff.
